From October 27: Week 8 – Game Day Picks

We love two games. First up, are the Packers vs the Jaguars, in Jacksonville. The Green Bay Packers are the better team. They are 5 – 2 playing against a 2 – 5 team. Green Bay has won their last three games against the Rams, Cardinals, and Texans. They’re one game behind Detroit and rolling. Jacksonville have been a bust all year and are three games behind in their division.

Green Bay is favored by – 4. The money line is – 205 which tells us the sportsbooks in Las Vegas believe that the Packers will win a tight game. We see Green Bay winning by 10 or more.

Our next game is tonight between the Cowboys and 49ers. The Cowboys are a mess from the owner down through the coaches and players. The team and players are hurt. The 49ers have lots of injuries, with some players out. Brock Purdy has cooled off to being not too hot these days. We are waiting to see their active list. The team announced Deebo Samuel is playing, which leaves us with one question. Is George Kittle playing? If he is, send it in on the 49ers. Forget the stats, as the Cowboys don’t match up well against the San Francisco offense. The line is San Francisco – 4. 5 and we are going to buy the game down to – 3 if Kittle is playing.
